The Organizing Committee of the 8th YouthLACIGF is thrilled to officially announce the opening of registrations for the fourth edition of the Open Preparatory Course for the 2023 Edition. 🚀 This course aims to prepare you for the high-level discussions 🗣👥 that will take place at the YouthLACIGF 2023, which will be held in the beautiful city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia 🇨🇴, during August 28th to 30th of this year.

The Open Preparatory Course consists of three modules or one-hour virtual sessions each ⏰. These sessions, scheduled on specific dates, aim to provide you with a deeper understanding 🧠 of the challenges, opportunities, and main actors in Internet Governance.

We are pleased to announce that our call for scholarships for the YouthLACIGF 2023 will soon be available. Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to participate in the YouthLACIGF either in-person with some type of partial or total scholarship, or online. 💻🌍
