GRANT! Apply for the CIF Youth Fellowship 2023

Are you a young individual between the ages of 18 and 28 residing in Egypt, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Thailand, or Tunisia? Are you eager to expand your knowledge and expertise in the realm of climate change?

At the Climate Investment Funds (CIF), we firmly believe in the potential of youth to drive significant, positive transformations. Embrace the opportunity to invest in your future and enhance your professional growth through our Fellowship program focused on careers in climate action.

The CIF Youth Fellowship is a distinctive capacity-building initiative that prioritizes hands-on experience for the next generation of global climate leaders. It is executed in collaboration with our six Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) partners: the African Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the InterAmerican Development Bank, the World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation. The program centers around CIF-financed projects and offers Fellows the chance to engage in various initiatives related to nature-based solutions, clean energy, adaptation and climate resilience, energy access, and gender and social inclusion.

As a CIF Youth Fellow, you will have the invaluable opportunity to contribute to real-world projects alongside the hosting MDBs, actively making a tangible difference in the global battle against climate change. You will join a diverse and inclusive community of like-minded professionals who share your passion for climate action. The program is thoughtfully designed to provide fellows with professional mentorship, training, and networking prospects. You will learn from seasoned experts in the field, establish meaningful partnerships, and gain insights into local-level climate action.
