We are looking to hire an intern for a three-month paid internship position starting 1st of July to fulfill the following tasks:
– Providing technical support in preparing pedagogical training for teachers
– Providing administrative support to the team in preparing for and during the implementation of events, meetings, workshops, and training.
– entering data and update and maintain the output’s databank
– Supporting the implementation and reporting on training activities and site – visits to technical education schools.
– Reporting technical feedback and suggesting areas for improvement based on participation at the project events
– Supporting the scheduling and communication of project events
– Supporting the communication of feedback to short term consultants.
– Supporting the coordination, preparation, and logistical preparation for workshops and training.
– Supporting the communication with the project’s beneficiaries
Requirements:
– Fresh graduate, preferably with a degree in education, social sciences, or a closely related field
– Very good Arabic and English language skills (written and spoken)
– Very good reporting skills
– Eager to learn and work in the field of TVET, Education or Development in general, previous experience in development cooperation is considered a plus.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and analytical skills
– Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office: outlook, MS teams, word, excel.
– Ability to multitask and cooperate in a multicultural environment
